Spikeboarding is the sport of full body balanced strength. A Spikeboardā„¢ and SkateBoard SpikeĀ® pat. are used to engage the entire body during two high performance strokes. These are sus or standup spike and cxc or cubi-x-cross. CXC stroke requires a switch kick while alternately spiking with the each arm. This sport is a combination of skating and skiing on one board instead of two. The meditative state is exactly that of a cross country (Nordic) skier. The entire body is used during output. SpikeBoarding poses the greatest challenge of all three switch kick sports.
